  • Customer-requested changes
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due immediately upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in:

  • Collection actions
  • Suspension of warranty coverage

Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, card, electronic transfer, or financing options if available.

Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Site conditions

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers agree to:

• Remove personal belongings and vehicles before work begins

Failure to prepare the site may result in additional charges or scheduling delays.

Concrete and epoxy coatings are hand-applied systems and may naturally contain:

• Minor imperfections
• Texture differences
• Color variations
• Pattern variations
• Surface inconsistencies

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Any warranty provided by Epoxy Fusion Coatings LLC is limited to the specific written warranty issued for the project.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Abuse or misuse
• Improper cleaning methods
• Chemical damage
• Flooding or water intrusion
• Structural movement
• Moisture vapor transmission
• Tire staining or hot tire pickup
• Damage caused by other contractors or third parties

No guarantee is made that coatings will be completely scratch-proof or maintenance-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epoxy Fusion Coatings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Customers must provide written notice for cancellations.

• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or scheduling time has been reserved.
• Cancellation fees may apply.

All website content, logos, branding, photos, and marketing materials remain the property of Epoxy Fusion Coatings LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, customers grant permission for us to photograph completed projects for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
